- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged in full
- No refunds will be given for missed sessions without prior notice
5.2 Cancellation by Greenzone Academy
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will:
- Provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible
- Offer a replacement tutor or alternative session time
- Issue a full refund if no suitable alternative is available
5.3 Tutor Replacement
If you are unsatisfied with your assigned tutor, we will:
- Provide a replacement tutor at no additional cost
- Pro-rate payments as applicable
- Issue a refund if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement
5.4 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@greenzoneacademy.com.ng. Refunds are processed within 14 business days and will be returned via the original payment method.

6.1 Student/Parent Conduct
All students and parents agree to:
- Treat all tutors and staff with respect and courtesy
- Provide a suitable environment for learning sessions
- Be punctual for scheduled sessions
- Complete assigned homework and preparation work

6.2 Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

- Sharing account credentials with others

Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
